Customer’s satisfaction is our priority.

TECHMAR SERVICE constantly works to provide the highest quality parts as well as provide the highest quality of service during supply.

We carry out the supply process through part supplies from device manufacturers and from their sub suppliers. Each supply is checked against the quantity of goods ordered as well as quality. Any suspicious parts are returned to suppliers and replaced with new ones. Our system has been proven as effective. Any comments from our customers are collected and submitted to our suppliers. We have developed a unique computer system to control all the processes from the moment of a customer’s request to the settlement of supply. This increased efficiency of our supplies and enabled identifiability of parts by tracing a part to a specific order.

Our work to quality standards has been confirmed by implementation of in ISO9001 compliant quality management system in 2009. The QMS is subject to annual audits by the representatives of DNV GL-Business Assurance.
